InventHelp Inventor Develops Wearable Vital Monitoring Device (OCC-1832)
PR Newswire
PITTSBURGH, May 13, 2026
PITTSBURGH, May 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- "As a firefighter/paramedic, I wanted to create a device to continuously monitor vital signs for high-risk cardiac patients and senior citizens and immediately alert 911 in an emergency," said an inventor, from Newport Beach, Calif., "so I invented the LIFE BEACON. My design could significantly reduce the response time from the onset of cardiac arrest to the initiation of CPR and emergency services."
The patent-pending invention provides a new wrist-wearable patient monitoring device. In doing so, it would continuously monitor cardiac and other patient vital signs. It also provides immediate alerts to care providers and 911 in the event the device wearer goes into cardiac arrest or has other serious medical emergency events. The invention features an innovative design that is easy to wear and use so it is ideal for senior citizens and other persons with high-risk cardiac or other serious medical conditions. Additionally, a prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.
The original design was submitted to the Orange County sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
